As a Marketing/Business Coordinator at DiClemente Siegel Design Inc. (DSD), my key responsibility was creating bids and proposals, through marketing initiatives and graphic design endeavors.

I crafted promotional materials that not only showcased our services but also portrayed our firm as approachable and tangible. Recognizing DSD's focus on architecture and engineering, I transformed our building into a storytelling asset. By infusing elements of modern design and incorporating abstract iconography, I aimed to provide visual cues about our comprehensive suite of services.

These are some examples of a DSD's rebrand, each element meticulously designed to elevate our brand image and help propel our company into the modern era.

As part of my multifaceted role at DiClemente Siegel Design Inc. (DSD), one of my primary responsibilities involved the meticulous process of sourcing job opportunities and crafting tailored proposals aligned with the exacting requirements outlined in clients' requests for proposals (RFPs).

In response to this challenge, I conceptualized and developed a standardized cover page template meticulously engineered to adapt seamlessly to diverse project scopes. Whether the endeavor involved K-12 educational facilities, engineering-centric projects, or performance arts venues, the versatility of this cover design ensured its applicability across a spectrum of client needs.

At its core, this cover page served as a testament to our commitment to client-centricity and customized solutions. By integrating elements that echoed each client's unique identity and values, we underscored our dedication to crafting proposals that not only met but exceeded expectations.

During the design process for our business cards, one of the key requests was to incorporate a QR code. Additionally, it was essential to ensure the design complemented our existing layout seamlessly. Design choices were made to prioritize readability, including sufficient space for text and accommodating individuals with visual impairments.

It's important for our clients to envision the structured chain of command and tasks allocation within our team, in an effort to easily customize an organizational chart for each project and stream line the proposal process. I developed a reusable Illustrator document that could be easily customized for each job opportunity.

In response to the increasing reliance on virtual meetings, our firm recognized the significance of digital interactions. As a result, I Illustrated virtual backgrounds featuring our logo. one of which depicts our actual front desk and greeting room, faithfully capturing the essence of our physical space. This unique approach not only adds a dash of fun to our virtual meetings but also serves as a creative showcase of our firm's identity.
