"Snap to Go" is this cool concept product I've been dreaming about lately. Imagine if you could have rollerblades that look and feel more like high-top sneakers - lightweight and stylish, but still providing all the ankle support you need. But here's the real kicker - the blade frame isn't permanently attached. It can be snapped on and off the bottom of the shoe, making this a super versatile two-in-one product. It's all still hypothetical at the moment, but wouldn't it be awesome if it were real?

My journey from the initial ideation to creating storyboards and then onto concept and style boards was pretty exciting. I had a ton of fun ideas for this one, but ultimately, I chose to blend a few together and streamline them for a sneak peek of the rollerblade design. To really drive home the lightweight concept of the shoe, I used paper in the design stages. Then I took it a step further, bringing it into 3D to really highlight the product's conceptual nature and better showcase the versatility that the "Snap to Go" design can offer.

Special Thanks to Alex Jaquez for the 3D blade modeled after my sketch design check out his work @alexentricart on Instagram
